Since I was young I dreamed of one day being able to turn waterfowl into works of art.

Cody, the Owner and Founder of Waterfowl Artistry, was born with a deep-rooted passion that prominently involved waterfowl in his everyday life. At the remarkably young age of 7, Cody became licensed to raise exotic waterfowl, showcasing his exceptional dedication from an early age. He then delved into the world of taxidermy and decoy carving by the time he turned 10, which ultimately led him to participate in state, regional, and even world competitions in this specialized field. After mounting his very first bird, a Green-Winged Teal, by the age of 13, he confidently began offering his impressive taxidermy skills to clients, further honing his craft. By his early teenage years, Cody had amassed an impressive collection of over 180 pairs of exotic ducks, geese, swans, and cranes, reflecting his unwavering commitment to waterfowl artistry. At just 19 years old, Cody achieved significant recognition by winning his first state, regional, and national titles. The very next year, 20-year-old Cody Bellanger excelled by winning a Bronze Medal at the prestigious Worlds in the Puddle Duck Masters Division. After securing 3rd place at Worlds, Cody took the initiative to begin teaching informative seminars at state, regional, and national levels. By the age of 21, Cody had already guided numerous students to medal in both National and World Divisions, leaving a remarkable impact on the community.
